ANDREW NJOROGE

Andrew Njoroge is a visual artist based at Kuona Trust. He specializes in paintings mainly portraits and animations. Andrew was born in Nakuru and later moved to Nairobi where he attended Evelyn’s college of Design to study interior design. He later went to Savannah College of Art, Design, and New Jersey University in the United States to further his studies. In 2006 he came back and did courses in animation at Shang Tao. He has been Painting since then and in 2009 he worked on a Film produced by Sagwa Chabeda “Formula X”.In 2011 he organized a group show at our Gallery “Eyes on Animation” at the Kuona Trust Gallery. Andrew has participated in group shows around Nairobi and in Mombasa and is currently working on his first solo exhibition.
