KENYA ART FAIR- OPEN CALL TO ART CENTRES,GALLERIES & INDEPENDENT ARTISTS

The Kenya Art Fair 2014 will be held at The Sarit Centre Expo Hall in Nairobi from Thursday 6th November 2014 to Sunday 9th November 2014.
Opening Hours are 10 am to 6 Pm on all days.

Forms

Each participant must fill out and submit a Booking Order Form and pay in full the appropriate fee to the Sarit Centre by 17th October 2014. Please make cheques payable to SARIT EXHIBITIONS & PROMOTIONS LTD”. Upon approval by the Organizers, a copy of this
agreement accompanied with payment in full, will constitute a contract and effectively serve as a reservation of space at the Art Fair.

Stand Dimensions Available and Cost

Display units are available in two dimensions i.e.
1. 3M by 3M at a cost of Kshs. 15,000 plus VAT and
2. 3M by 6M at a cost of Kshs. 25,000 plus VAT . Note: One can request for more than 1 stand depending on the amount of space they
require.
These stands are made up of three-sided grids. Tables and chairs are available on request.

Kindly ensure you inquire on availability of these while paying at the Sarit Centre.

There will be a limited number of spaces available and these will be allocated on a first
come first serve basis. Payment for exhibition space at the Art Fair are due in full.
20% commission will be collected by Kuona Trust Centre for Visual Arts on all artwork sold
